It's true that DeKuyper makes a hazelnut liqueur that is passable, but Frangelico, since it has that "monk" heritage, is also an herbal. 2 ounces coffee liqueur
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Frangelico
2 ounces half and half

Build in the order presented. Stir gently.
