#16) Peach Schnapps - Our first true schnapps on the list is a ladies' staple. It is absolutely necessary for the classic girl intoxicators such as the Fuzzy Navel, Sex on the Beach,and the Red Headed Slut. Unlike many of its ilk, peach is a versatile schnapps, just remember that a little goes a long way.

For our recipe, we present an original from this past winter which places peach schnapps center stage. It wasn't until now, during peach season, that we could properly introduce this tasty little number. With Parfait Amour and the peach, we have plenty of sugar coming to the party, so we offset some of the sweet with Ketel One Citroen. A splash of 7up or club soda finishes this drink and provides its clear lavender hue.

2 ounces Ketel One Citroen
2 ounces Parfait Amour
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
Splash of 7up (club soda for less sweet)

Shake all of the ingredients except for the soda. Strain into a Collins glass and cap with the soda.
